This is by far the best Practice I have ever had. Prompt response to appointment requests, even if after a scheduled telephone conversation. Lines can be very busy at 8am and a wait of up to 25 minutes can be expected (maybe more). But the ring back service has always worked for me. Doctors are patient and understanding. If a referral is required, there is a prompt response from the hospital, even if the appointment is weeks ahead. At least you're on the list. I'd rate it 5*

Always very professional.

I have been a patient at St Anne’s for well over 60 years . I have always received excellent treatment from the Drs & nurses. The receptionists have always been polite & very helpful whenever I have needed to contact the surgery be it for an appointment or for anything else. My husband also joined the surgery as a patient a good few years ago & like myself has no complaints at all. My children along with my grandchildren are all patients at this practice & are all very happy with all the dealings they have received as patients. I like the option of booking my appointments on line saves an awful lot of time . I have had no problems doing this and find I am able to book with the doctor of my choice most times. So to date we are all very happy at St Anne’s & know we will all be looked after very well when required.
